Orange cake with nuts and chocolate cream

  • Sugar — 100 g
  • Vegetable oil — 2 tablespoons
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • Nuts — 140g
  • Flour — 225 g
  • Baking Powder — 12 g
  • carrot — 140 g
  • Cinnamon — 1 pinch
  • Chocolate — almond cream:
  • Almonds — 1. 5 tablespoons
  • Starch — 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar — 100 g
  • Cocoa — 1 tablespoons
  • Water — 300ml
  • salt — 1 pinch

  • Juice and zest of half an orange
  • Water — 250 ml
  • Starch — 2 tablespoons

  • 2. Add the vegetable oil (for cinnamon — optional) and mix thoroughly. For orange juice add water to make 200 ml. Carefully pour the juice into the batter and mix.
  • 3. If the dough is still too thick, add a little more water. We shift the dough in a greased form and send in a preheated 175 degree oven for 40 minutes. Ready cake is completely cooled, then removed from the mold. To prepare the chocolate cream, grind the almonds in a blender to form crumbs, then gradually pour him water, continuing to whisk. You will have a white liquid.
  • 4. Half a cup of liquid was poured into a separate bowl and mix with the remaining sugar and simmer, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Add the cocoa mix. The fluid that is not mixed with starch and sugar breed carefully pour the boiling mixture. Stirring constantly, bring the cream until thick, remove from heat and cool to warm state (not forgetting to mix).
