Tomato Gazpacho

Gazpacho — a famous Spanish cold soup. Soup is preparing elementary and incredibly fast. Store it in the refrigerator can be 2 — 3 days. And this soup can be frozen and used as needed as a sauce.


Ingredients

  • tomatoes — 1 kg
  • Sweet pepper — 1 — 2
  • onion — 1
  • Cucumber — 1
  • Garlic — 3 cloves
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • Pink Pepper — 0. 5 teaspoons
  • The greens (basil, parsley) — a couple of sprigs
  • oregano, tarragon, black pepper — a pinch

  • Note
