Marzipan sweets with cherries in chocolate

Instead, you can use different cherries candied fruit and nuts, especially tasty nuts in caramel:).


Ingredients

  • Chocolate — 100 g
  • Marzipan — 200 g
  • Cherry (canned or dried) — 15 — 20
  • Amaretto liqueur or brandy — 4 tablespoons
  • Note

  • 1. cherries soaked in brandy and leave for 1 hour. If you are using dried cherries, it is best to add a little boiling water to become soft cherry.
  • 2. recline cherry on a sieve and were dried. From marzipan pinch off a small piece, mash, put a cherry in the center of the ball and roll down. Candy easiest form with wet hands. We spread candy on the plate and give them marzipan to dry for 1 hour.
  • 3. melt the chocolate in a water bath and dip into it a teaspoon of candy and lay out on a plate. You can insert into each candy skewers for easy chocolate coating. We send candy for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
