Cake cream - caramel

I love the simple but interesting recipes with an unusual way of cooking, so my eyes fell on a cake. Its peculiarity lies in the fact that, as in smart cakes, dough cake itself is separated from the cream — caramel while baking a cake and get full :). Very simply and easily, and tasty — how!


Ingredients

  • Caramel Cream:
  • Cream (20%) — 600 ml
  • Sugar — 150 g
  • The egg chicken — 4
  • Vanilla sugar — 1 package
  • Dough:
  • The Egg — 1
  • Milk — 100 ml
  • Sugar — 0. 5 Art.
  • Vegetable oil — 100 ml
  • Baking powder — 1 teaspoon
  • Flour — 1 cup
  • Cocoa — 2 tablespoons
  • salt — 1 pinch
  • Vanilla — 1 g
  • Note

  • 1. Sugar for making caramel pour into the pan (or frying pan heat resistant if you it bake), on low heat bring to a complete dissolution, pour in the form in which we bake and leave. Cream, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer.
  • 2. All the ingredients for the dough is mixed in a separate bowl and whisk with a mixer, too. On frozen pour the caramel mixture to cream — brulee and pour the batter into the center. Form a cake put in another form, in which we pour boiling water for 2/3 of the height with a cake. We send in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 1 hour. Take out of the oven, Let cool completely and send in the refrigerator for 5 — 6 hours, preferably overnight. During this time, the caramel has dissolved and the syrup will turn to be drained, turn the cake on a serving plate and pour them a cake.
