Spicy pumpkin pancakes

pancakes and pancakes in our family go away very quickly. But the taste did not bother, I’m constantly trying new options. In such a case, I always keep in the refrigerator frozen pumpkin, you never know in what dish it gets :). Anyway, the pancakes are soft, useful, fragrant and sweet, the breakfast — the most it:).


Ingredients

  • The pumpkin — 400 g
  • Sour — 100ml
  • Egg Chicken — 2
  • Flour — 120 g
  • Sugar — 2 — 3 tablespoons
  • zest of half an orange
  • Butter — 10 g
  • Soda — 0. 5 teaspoons
  • Cardamom (ground) — 1 pinch
  • cinnamon — 1 pinch
  • Nutmeg — 1 pinch
  • salt — 1 pinch
  • Sour — feed
  • Note

  • 1. pumpkin rub on a coarse grater.
  • 2. I had a pumpkin in the form of frozen blocks, so I’ll just chop it in a food processor. Flour is sieved and mixed with eggs, sugar, salt and sour.
  • 3. Add the baking soda, slaked with vinegar or lemon juice. In the batter add the pumpkin, grated on a fine grater orange zest and spices, stir. In a frying pan warm up butter (not all, by adding as needed during cooking) with vegetable fritters and fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve warm with sour cream pancakes.
