Vanilla Flammer with rhubarb and strawberries

Flammeri- a type of pudding, which is made up of fruit and cream. In turn, it must be said that this is a very elegant dessert, sweet and very old. Ingredients

  • Cream — 150 ml
  • The egg yolk — 3
  • Milk — 250 ml
  • Sugar — 50 i + 2 tablespoons of caramel
  • Vanilla sugar — 8 g
  • The starch (corn) — 30 g
  • Rhubarb — 250 g
  • Strawberry — 250 g
  • Orange juice — 3 tablespoons
  • Note

  • 1. Mix milk, sugar, egg yolks and starch, stir whisk. In a saucepan, mix the cream with the vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil, then pour the milk mixture in a thin stream. Whisk whisking constantly bring to a boil, remove from heat.
  • 2. Let cool and laid the glasses, send in the refrigerator.
  • 3. Rhubarb cleanse with strawberries and chopped. In a saucepan, melt the sugar until pale — brown, add the juice and rhubarb. Cover with lid and cook 5 minutes over low heat.
