Squares with lemon cream

To form a diameter of 20 cm or 20 x 20 square

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • Flour — 225 g
  • Butter — 140 g
  • Sugar — 80 g
  • The milk or water — 1 tablespoons
  • Lemon Cream:
  • juice and zest 2 lemons
  • Flour — 20 g
  • Eggs — 2
  • Sugar — 150 g
  • Note

  • 1. To prepare the dough cold butter cut into cubes, put in a blender and blend together with the flour and sugar to form crumbs. Pour the milk and stir. We spread the batter into the pan and flatten.
  • 2. Cover the dough with baking paper and pour the beans or peas, this will prevent the dough rise and bake uneven. We send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. To prepare the lemon cream in a blender, mix the eggs, lemon juice and zest, sugar and flour, stir 3 minutes. Form the dough take out, remove the paper from the peas and pour the lemon cream. We send in the oven for another 20 — 25 minutes. Ready cake is taken out of the oven, cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into small squares. Bon Appetit!
