Cake with cinnamon and crispy

Today I want to share with you a delicious, simple and flavorful cupcakes with cinnamon. Crispy aromatic crust on top, and a soft, moist crumb inside is wonderful combined with each other.


Ingredients

  • 60 g butter
  • 3 \ 4 of Art. l. Cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 75 g of sugar for sprinkling
  • 150 — 170 g brown sugar
  • 1 \ 4 of Art. vegetable oil
  • vanilla — to taste
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 \ 4 teaspoons of baking soda
  • Note

  • 1. Mix sugar for sprinkling with cinnamon and put aside. Butter kindle, cool, add the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and vegetable oil, stir. Pour yogurt, stir. In the batter sift flour, nutmeg and baking soda.
  • 2. Form blanketed with baking paper, leaving extra tails on the sides, so you easily take out the cake from the mold. We spread in the form of half of the dough, sprinkle with 3 \ 4 sugar and cinnamon, spread the remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Send the form in the preheated 180 degree oven for 45 — 55 minutes. Subject shape in the oven, the oven door slightly open for another 10 minutes.
