Recently I was very fond of cooking porridge in sweet form, they appeared to me in a new light :). 70 g rice

100 ml cream

600 ml milk

orange peel 0.5

Vanilla sugar, cinnamon — to taste

Note

1. remove the zest of an orange. Figure wash, pour the milk, add the zest and sugar. Cook porridge to simmer for an hour, stirring constantly. Then add the cream and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Spread pudding on plates, sprinkle with cinnamon and orange zest. Bon Appetit!
