Coffee brownies with mascarpone

Good day! Today I bring you a recipe for a very tasty chocolate brownies with mascarpone. In the request, you can put on the cheese filling before baking raspberry or strawberry and so on. D..   • 1 tablespoons instant coffee (crushed to a powder)

  • 75 g flour

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 35 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0,5 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • Note

  • 1. Chocolate break into small pieces, melt in a water bath. Whisk butter with sugar until fluffy light weight, add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the chocolate, coffee, stir again, then add flour and starch and knead the dough.
  • 2. To prepare the cream cheese and mascarpone mix with egg, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • 3. Form blanketed with baking paper, spread the chocolate dough (leave 1/6 parts in a bowl), pour the curd on it and it spread the remaining chocolate dough. We provide wooden skewer on the surface of the dough to make a beautiful drawing, send the form in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 — 40 minutes. Cooled to room temperature, and then send in the refrigerator for 3 — 4 hours.
