Duck legs in a spicy orange sauce

Recently, I was imbued with a great love for the duck and experiment with her cooking. Many well-known that the duck meat goes well with fruit and berry sauces and today we will use these. Ingredients

  • 6 duck legs
  • 500 ml of orange juice (fresh, desirable or in a package with no sugar)
  • 1 large onion or 1 leek
  • 1 piece of ginger (about 3 cm)
  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • 3 Stars anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 strips of orange peel
  • 1 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt and pepper — to taste
  • Note
