If desired, crab sticks in this salad can replace the shrimp or squid.
Crab sticks (or crab meat) — 300 g
Cheese — 300 g
Egg chicken — 4
Garlic — 2 — 3 cloves
White crackers (do it yourself) — 200 g
Home-made mayonnaise — 200g
Olives — 20
Salt and pepper — to taste
1. Eggs boil 6 minutes, cool and chop finely. Crab sticks chop finely and add to the eggs. Olives chop and mix with the rest of the mixture.
